I had brought my 2014 Sorento in for engine issues and the advised me up front that it may be a week to a week and a half before the diagnosis would be completed and any warranty/recall work would be approved. My sales person was Brady Dubois and he was awesome! It was extremely hot outside and he had no problem coming in and out to get the keys for the models we wanted to look at and then rain so we left but quickly came back and he was out there again. He took our offer to the boss and got us our deal! Best buying experience we've had in awhile! Would have been 5 star but they had the wrong sticker on the window which caused some confusion about price.

WOW is all I can say!!! I have always received great service from Walker KIA on my vehicle, but this was my first "buying experience". I can't brag enough about my experience with Walker Kia in Alexandria, LA. Everyone was great but April Clark truly went above and beyond. I originally went in April and told her what I was looking for. She followed up with me several times and even called just to say "HI" and check on me. When I had weeded down the vehicles I was looking to purchase, this was the first dealership I visited in late February. I test drove several Kia's, mainly the K5 of interest. Brought my car to get new tires and brakes. Everything went well till I left. After leaving I had the choice of getting hit or rolling up on a curb. Unfortunately the curb had a storm drain which destroyed my new passenger front tire. Fortunately the dealership had a replacement tire and though it was almost closing time they got me back in and put on a new tire. Not only did they stay later but the technician was nice enough to put my spare and the jack and such back together in the right place. I've no complaints ...
Service team went above and beyond during a routine oil change. The oil filter housing was cracked and unservicable. They were not going to be able to get the parts until the next day. However, my family and I were traveling and I was a keynote speaker the next morning. They were able to obtain a new part at closing so we could be back on the road. Sam and Nora treat their customers as family. You need your Kia serviced when it matters the most. This is where you need to stop....

My 2023 Kia Carnival is in for 4 recalls and a steering column replaced. This is due to leaking oil in a sealed steering system. The recalls were done in a day. It is now sitting at the dealership waiting on parts that have no availability in Kia's system and on back order. Today is day 9 and still no status. The dealership has kept me updated though.
