We bought a new Kia Sportage from here back in September 2023 and it has been great! Our advisor, Ms April, is truly a standout person and wonderful at her role. A year and a half later she still remembers us and calls us by name! The dealership as a whole is reflected in he: they all are attentive, friendly, and actually like what they do and it shows. Don't forget to sample the free community coffee, bottle of water, or package of peanut butter (or cheese) crackers they always have as you wait on service. Top notch!

Went for a brake light issue which took 4 hrs with an appointment. The mechanic said I needed an air and cabin filter which HE DID LOOK AT EITHER FILTER TO CHECK WHICH I CHANGE 1000 MILES AGO , CLAIMED I NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE WHICH I DID 2000 MILES AGO , AND KIA REFUSED TO REPLACED TAILGATE RUBBER THAT WAS RIPPED OPEN ONLY HAVE 45000 miles . I KNOW I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER KIA BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF FOR THINGS THAT I DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED

I received a letter from Kia stating that I had some software that needing updating. When I called Walker Kia for an appointment, I was told there was actually two software updates that could be done at the same time. I got an appointment in less than a week. It took two hour to complete both updates. Nora was a pleasure to work with!

My reason for bringing my car into the shop was an oil leak. I was very hesitant because everyone has heard bad things about dealerships in general. But my experience certainly changed my outlook! Derek Hardwick took such good care of me!!! From explaining the issues they found, to working with my warranty, to giving me timely updates, and just overall being a kind person, it was a pleasure working with such thoughtful guy. My repair was quick and the service was excellent, I am definitely not disappointed!
Just bought my 2024 Kia from Blaise. He is hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He did everything via text because I’m not a talking on the phone person. He didn’t try to push something on me that I didn’t want or haggle the price or my trade in amount. He listen and got me one of the best deals out there. My Blazer EV RS 2024 was experiencing poor connection with the ChargePoint connector at the Walker 100 KIA Dealership, Alexander, LA. I had brought my 2014 Sorento in for engine issues and the advised me up front that it may be a week to a week and a half before the diagnosis would be completed and any warranty/recall work would be approved.
