I had been looking at different models for months and decided to look at a Kia (one day) and the sales rep April was very helpful in making my decision. She stayed late the day I went to look at vehicles, and I took it home overnight and came back the next day to finish the sale. She was professional and helped show me the features on my new ride.

My Salesman Dakody knocked it out the park with a great balance of tenacity without ever pestering, all while working to actually provide the best deal possible without playing any games.

Started working with Kayla Wiley over the phone. I wasn’t sure if I was going to end up buying but she got everything where I needed it. She wasn’t a pushy salesman and was very peaceful to work with. Her and Robin made everything so easy. I felt at peace when walking out the door!

Service department was friendly and kept me updated on status of my vehicle. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and they went ahead and did an update on the vehicles system. Would recommend.

I had the best experience with Walker Kia. About a year ago, I stopped by to look at a Telluride and spoke with Brandon Major. I told him I was interested but wasn’t in a rush, and he never pressured me once. He stayed in touch, kept me updated on the 2027 release, and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. The model I wanted was hard to find, but Brandon was patient and never tried to push me into something else just because it was on the lot. He gave me the time to go back and forth, weigh my options, and make sure I was getting the one I truly wanted so I wouldn’t regret such a big purchase later. Even after months of waiting, he continued to keep me updated and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. After almost 6 months, I ended up purchasing one that I absolutely love. In the last twenty years I've bought eight automobiles from Walker (6 Sorentos, 1 Sportage and 1 Mazda Miata. I always service them at Walker, just as I did my Sportage today. Walker has brought Kia into the Future at their new location on Coliseum Blvd. The dealership is awesome, spacious and well appointed. I called in for an appointment a couple of days ago for an oil change and "Spring" checkup. I was greeted at the door with a friendly "welcome," quickly checked in, and about 1 hour later drove away a satisfied customer. There is a large waiting area with coffee and snacks, and a large show room with beautiful cars just waiting to be sold. I have always been a loyal customer, and after the experience today, that will not change. However, I do have a recommendation. I was not approached once by a sales representative as a potential customer. I even made myself obvious as I checked out each show room vehicle with interest. I especially enjoyed the new KIA on display. I mentally traded in my excellent Sportage Turbo, agreed with what I would get for it, and added a cash payment (no financing, no interest) for the new one. It would have been a sweet deal although I don't need another car. As a former door-to-door salesman, literally as a teenager, and a Credit Sales Manager as an older adult, I always viewed everyone as a customer. That said. Walker KIA is highly recommended.
